14-Day Return Policy
At Pink & Blue, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pinknbluefashion.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order after your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with all returns, the item must be in original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
